1. Platform integrity
You may not scrape or automate access outside a permitted API, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected technology or character assets, remove provenance or disclosure markers, resell access, or use Mimicur outputs or assets to train an AI or machine-learning model.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Mimicur to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, dangerous, or malicious content. You may not impersonate a real person or use a person's likeness or voice without verifiable permission, or misrepresent synthetic media as authentic evidence of real events.
3. Prohibited AI practices
Do not use the Service for unlawful manipulation, social scoring, prohibited biometric identification, sensitive-trait inference, untargeted collection for recognition databases, or other practices prohibited by applicable AI and privacy law.
4. High-risk uses
Mimicur outputs and agents may not make consequential decisions about employment, education, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or essential services without appropriate human review, safeguards, and legally required disclosures.
5. Voice and identity
Voice features are consent-gated. Do not synthesize another person's voice without that person's verifiable permission, use a synthetic voice to defraud or deceive, or remove required disclosure or provenance markers.
6. Automated access and third-party services
Use documented APIs within their limits and comply with the terms of any connected service. Do not bypass rate limits, filters, payment controls, or provider restrictions.
7. Crew and agent safety
Do not use Crew to execute instructions embedded in untrusted pages, files, messages, or retrieved content without human review. Do not grant an agent unnecessary access, conceal automated activity, authorize unattended financial or legal commitments, or use generated output as professional advice without qualified review.
8. Enforcement and reporting
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, and referral to authorities where required. Report abuse or intellectual-property concerns to office@hollywoodreborn.com.
